Project Title: SIS Model Simulator with Dynamic Vaccination and Visualization
Project Description:
The Susceptible-Infected-Susceptible (SIS) model is a fundamental framework for studying disease dynamics on networks [1]. This project aims to develop a high-performance, modular simulator in Python or Julia that supports advanced vaccination strategies, including node and edge vaccinations, adjusting infection and recovery probabilities, and dynamic interventions. Additionally, another goal of this project is to create interactive visualization tools to observe and analyze the effects of vaccinations and monitor SIS dynamics in real-time.
